Forged Car Rims

Our forged car rims use high pressure and high temperature to transform the non directional grain structure of cast aluminum into the high integrity multi-directional grain structure of forgings. During the whole forging process, when the forging dies are combined and the shape of the round cast steel bar is changed to the cylindrical shape of the wheel, the aluminum remains solid. So we have forged car rims with high strength, light weight, no porosity and welded joints.
